Machining

ADM Metallics, located in Kolhapur, is our state-of-the-art machine shop which is equipped with advanced CNC, VMC, HMC, precision gun drilling, centerless grinding, and surface grinding machines.

The factory comprises a battery of over 9 CNC turning machines and 3 turn-mill centres which can handle jobs ranging from 10 mm to 300 mm diameter.

As part of our quality assurance plan, we are well equipped with an in-house CMM, profile projector, thread gauge measuring machines, roundness tester, and surface roughness machine. All gauges are calibrated in accredited laboratories.

In our shopfloor, we have dedicated 3 bays for valve guides and seat machining with annual capacity of over 1.5 million valve guides and 2 million valve seats. General castings and forgings for heavy earthmoving equipment, petroleum, and automotive industries, up to 100 kg single piece weight are processed in an independent bay dedicated for such heavier batch production items.
