About Us

Knoval Technologies Has Been In Business Since 2017 And Focuses On Servicing The Nation By Integrating Technologies With Reliable Vendors In The Defence, Railway And PSU Domain.

OVAL group, of which Knoval Technologies is a part, has been in business since 2003 serving the nation by generating foreign exchange through exports and simultaneously bringing in the best of the technologies from global sources for local applications through the Make in India, Make for the world initiative of the Government of India.

With modest beginnings as an exclusive marketing arm of Sundaram Industries Pvt Ltd (a TVS Group company), Oval started nurturing global clients with solid tire manufactured by SIL and has never looked back ever since. Soon, other engineered products such as machined grey iron and ductile iron castings, pressure die cast aluminum castings, machined forgings, sheet metal components, fabricated sub-assemblies, electrical and electronic products followed suit. Today, Oval is known for the high quality parts it supplies to its customers, always at the right price and at the right time!!

Milestone Years

Oval Started In 2003

Started in 2003, the Oval group has provided absolute satisfaction to over 300 customers across 70 countries in the world in multiple domains and engineered products made to customer expectations, delivered in time, all the time and with minimal quality complaints.

In 2006, Oval Invested In Arunadeep Metallics

In 2006, Oval invested in Arunadeep Metallics, a machine shop in Kolhapur, where, the company has a bank of high precision CNC’s, Vertical Machining Centres, Horizontal Machining Centres and all allied machinery, including specialized inspection facilities, CMM, height gauges, etc. All the grey and ductile iron castings which Oval exports are machined at Arunadeep Metallics, inspected, packed and then shipped to the port for further loading on board ocean carriers.

In 2009, Oval Started Knotek International

In 2009, Oval started Knotek International, a company specializing in the development of products and concepts for the Indian Defence industry. The company had to its credit, over 12 innovations, product and concept designs and prototyping. The company also provided support to clients in prototyping and initial production runs till PPAP approvals. The business of the company was later on merged into Knoval Technologies Pvt Ltd and through Knoval Technologies, our group continues to provide support to its clients in identifying new products and concepts for the Indian Defence industry as also is involved in product designs and development upto start of serial production.

In 2013, Oval Partnered With DSPA Of Netherlands

In 2013, Oval partnered with DSPA of Netherlands, to promote the sale of its aerosol based fire suppression technology products in India. Tremendous amount of efforts and investments were jointly made by the two companies to bring this concept to India and to get a market recognition for this technology. Today, aerosol technology is a very sought after environment friendly, asset friendly, human friendly, economical solution with DSPA being a leading company having made significant penetration in the Indian market.

In 2015, Oval Partnered With An American Company

In 2015, Oval partnered with an American company to assist them with market research and data analysis activities in India. The who’s who of the automotive, earth moving machinery manufacturers, heavy commercial vehicle manufacturers, engine and EV manufacturers seek our support to devise business strategies based on the scientifically analysed market forecast that we provide.

In 2017, Oval Started Knoval Technologies Pvt Ltd.

In 2017, Oval started Knoval technologies Pvt Ltd., with an intent to provide service to its clients in the Indian Railway domain. The company identifies the need to the Indian Railways and maps its across with various technologies available in the global domain. Thereafter, the company helps tie up a reliable Indian manufacturer with the technology source and assist in bringing such technologies to the service of Indian Railways.

In 2022, Business Merger And Consolidation

In 2022, all the DSPA business as well as the Knotek business got merged into Knoval Technologies thereby enabling Knoval to provide its clients services related to Indian Defence, Indian Railways, Indian Public Sector Undertakings and also providing these end users safety through the DSPA fire suppression technologies.
